Nutritional and Metabolic Testing
At Rebound, the CHA provides us with the information to develop a nutrition and metabolic balancing program specific to you. Coaching consists of nutrition, lifestyle and optimal supplementation customized to your specific needs. The testing may be different for each person, but the philosophy is always the same- Coach the individual who has the symptom, not the symptom that had the individual.
We Begin the CHA with an interview and health appraisals including current diet, health and lifestyle. We then decide which tests and labs to perform. The CHA consists of the following:
