Fitness and Sports Performance Conditioning Enhance the way you look, work, play and perform!
Once imbalances in physiology, posture and biomechanics are addressed, we phase into fitness, sport or activity specific training. This phase takes on a whole new meaning to conditioning.
We will teach you how to tap into your body's potential using your stabilizers and prime movers to drive exercises that are specific to your sport and fitness goals.
Following Rebound's philosophy of individuality, your program is written and coached specifically for you. Re-assessments and program changes are made frequently for progress and goal achievement.

Scott:
Yesterday, I went skiing with my 25 year old son and two of his bros at Powder Mountain. We had a pretty good day in the deep after a storm, hucking and ripping. At (almost) 60, I'm amazed and and very happy to be able to rip with 20-somethings on a big mountain line. It's not cool to gloat, but I have to this time. Please don't repeat this, but at the end of a great day, the kids were moaning about how they were feeling their legs, and how sore they would be tomorrow. I didn't say anything out loud, but inwardly, I was saying "Thank you, Scott!" I'll tell you now, my legs felt good then, and I'm not sore today. Your work with me has enabled me to live my dreams. Your program has taken me gradually to a high level of balance, strength, power and endurance...without injuries, too.
Having a new program every month is very inspiring. A little more than a year ago it occurred to me that I was wasting my time designing my own program. I was doing what felt good and what seemed to make sense, but I had a very incomplete picture. When I had a small injury, I knew that I was not keeping in balance with my strength training and I needed a pro to put it all together for me. You certainly exceeded my expectations.
Thanks again,
Rob B. |

Scott,
You are "the Man". Thanks to your coaching, I felt great the whole race (Endurance 50 Mountain Bike Race) and beat my goal time by 1/2 an hour! I finished 2nd for my age group and 12th overall. About half way through the race I started passing people as they fatigued and ended up picking off about 15 places. Thanks for helping to make my first endurance race successful.
