    The Rebound Health & Performance Process

    As easy as 1,2,3,4


     

    If you're not assessing, you're guessing!


    We take the guess work out of your health program. Designing the most effective personalized program requires a comprehensive health evaluation.  We know that by assessing and understanding your personal health needs, we can create the most powerful and effective program for you.


     


    There are 4 simple steps to the Rebound  process


     


    Step 1. Evaluate (The extent of your evaluation in each area is based on your current needs and goals. Please note that all areas are assessed at a foundational level to help determine your needs)



    • Personal Goals and Core Values

    • Postural Alignment and Biomechanical/Functional Movement Patterns

    • Metabolic and Nutritional Needs
    • Current Lifestyle- Including Sleep, nutrition, exercise and stress levels

     


    Step 2. Success Alignment

     

    Specify and agree on desired results and progress benchmarks. Identify any limiting beliefs, behaviors and/or blocks to your goals.  Create an action plan that is realistic to achieving your goals while maintaining congruence with your core values.



    Step 3. Program Design


    Once your evaluation is complete and test results have been reviewed, Scott  and the Rebound Team will design a whole health program with you, that will most effectively help you reach your health and performance goals. 


    Step 4. Coaching


    Your personal coaching begins here.  Depending on your needs and  goals, you coaching sessions will initially take place on a weekly basis.  In some cases, this may be over the phone.  Sessions are generally 30 min to 2 hours and may include:


    Life Alignment & Performance Coaching


    Neuromuscular Therapy


    Corrective Exercise


    Performance & Sport Specific Conditioning


    Nutrition/Metabolic Assesments & Coaching


    Re-evaluations are performed every 4-6 weeks to ensure progress.


    Due to the complexity of some programs and the distances many clients travel to work with us, we will personally teach you each exercise and provide you with pictures, instructions and video of your exercises.
