With over 17 years of experience in the rehabilitation, health and performance field, Scott has helped his clients rid themselves of chronic pain and reach new levels in their personal health and performance quest. A graduate of the University of Vermont's Sports Therapy program, Scott's unique approach is influenced by his internships and extensive study with some of the best health experts in the world.
Scott's comprehensive and individualized approach involves evaluating the metabolic, nutritional, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of one's health. Scott's extensive skills enable him to cut to the root cause of chronic pain, poor health and performance and implement integrated health and life programs for the most effective healing to occur. From corrective and performance exercise to life and nutrition coaching, Scott has empowered his clients and athletes with the tools to achieve their goals and create the health they desire on a daily basis.
As the Athletic Therapist for Spine Care of San Francisco, Scott designed and implemented rehabilitation programs for a wide range of pre and post operative and chronic back and neck pain patients and professional athletes. Scott's comprehensive individualized approach and expertise in movement and corrective exercise has helped hundreds of clients break through their chronic pain and health challenges and return back to work and to the playing field. From San Francisco, Scott moved to Colorado where he demonstrated his passion for teaching at a residential high school. As a teacher and therapist assisting young athletes in their health and athletic goals, Scott also designed and taught experiential based curriculum in nutrition, lifestyle, anatomy and physiology before he settled in Park City, Utah.
Having worked with diverse groups from professional and everyday athletes to the general populations of San Francisco, CA; Burlington, VT; and Boulder, CO; Scott has helped countless clients change their health paradigm and achieve their true health and performance potential.
Scott grew up on the tennis courts and soccer fields of Connecticut. He played NCAA soccer through college before he began mountain bike racing as an expert class racer. Scott's health and athletic endeavors have taken him to the summit of Mt. Rainier in WA. state, several routes up Mt Shasta in CA, and months of trekking in Nepal, Patagonia Chile, and Peru. Scott also enjoys bike touring and did a solo bike ride across the United States as well as a trip down the western coast. Scott now resides in Park City, UT. where he plays in the mountains daily with his wife and two sons and is President of Rebound Health & Performance Center.
